Brandwatch in focus

I have previously discussed how to listen to what is being said about you or your brand online. There are several ways to do this. Brighton based company, Brandwatch, helps companies monitor what is being said about them online.  Listening could be used as:

1. A starting point for getting involved in social media

2. On an ongoing basis

3. For a specific campaign

Listening is important for both private and public sector organisations. For example local councils could use listening software to monitor what is being said about them by local stakeholders.
